B. Collection of B2B Activity Data

The TT Retailer Club App collects data related to your business activities and performance. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Barcode details and scanning history (Barcode Ledger).
• Product ordered and product dispatch details.
• User activity related to the loyalty points system (Earned Points, Redeemed Points, and Points Ledger).
• Data and documentation uploaded by you for the purpose of audit scheme verification.

Purpose of Collection: This B2B activity data is collected and used to:

• Manage and administer the retailer loyalty and rewards program.
• Accurately calculate points earned and redeemed.
• Fulfill product orders and manage dispatches.
• Verify your compliance with the terms of specific marketing and engagement schemes (Audit Schemes).

SHARED PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are required to submit your information at the time of making an online purchase on the Website. TTBazaar uses an online payment gateway that is operated by a third party and the information that you share with TTBazaar is transferred and shared with such third-party payment gateway operator.

The said operator may also have access to your online purchase history/details that you make from the Website.

Extremely sensitive information like your credit-card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology.
